日前，法國藍帶廚藝學院宣布，將於2016年7月，新增設伯斯校區並提供學士學位課程，為西澳省培訓更多餐飲界精英，為西澳的旅遊餐飲業注入新的活力。
法國藍帶廚藝學院的伯斯校區，將會與伯斯Centre Institute of Technology 合作。
Centre Institute of Technology 為西澳省公立技職專科，本身已設有三級證書Cert III，四級證書Cert IV，文憑Diploma與高級文憑Advanced Diploma 在餐飲Hospitality ，旅遊Tourism，觀光Travel 等課程。具有一定的規模與教學水準。
而新增設的學士學位為
Bachelor of Business (Tourism management) 旅遊管理商學士
修業長度:3年
學費: AUD$75976
入學門檻: 須年滿18歲，完成澳洲12年級(Year 12)或同等學歷
英語程度要求: 雅思 ILETS 6.0，單科不得低於5.5
法國藍帶廚藝學院在伯斯提供的學士課程，與在雪梨校區，阿德雷德校區提供的學士課程相同，在第一年與第二年的第二個學期，都安排了業界實習的課程。
透過法國藍帶廚藝學院專業及業界緊密合作的生涯輔導團隊，學生將被安排到當地企業實習，將在課堂中所學的技能與知識，實際應用在工作領域上，為未來進入職場奠定良好的技能基礎與人脈。
