For example, we mentioned Digital Gaming – in a Computer Sciences context you’ll be less likely to focus on the audio-visual appeal and playability that underlies some of the globally popular Gaming applications, and more likely to deal with building software solutions required for the Gaming industry. If you are more design oriented, you may need to choose a degree outside the field of Computer Sciences.

Traditionally, on a computing sciences or software engineering program, most students will learn about computer systems from both software and hardware points of view, plus networked systems and databases.
